I’m very VERY upset and angry by their service. They ended up getting my kitten killed on the way to the hospital because they said “your kitten isn’t in any critical health and is alright” then why did my kitten die on the way to an emergency hospital? Please PLEASE don’t send your animals and precious pets here. You wouldn’t want your animal to die the way mine did. My kitten helped me with depression but now I have nobody. Specialists? More like unprofessional. Don’t ever go here I’m warning you.

Took my 12 week old Yorkie to this hospital because he was throwing up, couldn’t stand up and was acting like something was stuck in his throat. All the people I came in contact with were so nice and friendly. I appreciated the fact that they worked with my budget. He ended up staying overnight and they told me he was crying a lot so they put him in a carrier and carried him around all night. Loved their care.

My puppy has episodes of regurgitation but no vomiting like something is in stomach blocking it without breathing. I arrived at 8am they finally took my puppy to check in at 12n. They kept trying to self diagnose her without running any tests or X-rays. Well 3:30p came and the doctor still haven’t seen my puppy! After waiting in my car seeing other people come and go…. I went in this place to get my puppy. As they are checking my puppy out they said they were going to charge me $100 for the visit. I’m am in disbelief of the treatment that I received. I feel they should pay me for sitting there all dang day! I would love to meet the owner.

We had to bring our Zoey girl in Wednesday afternoon as she had an abscess that was on a tumor she had in her shoulder area. The abscess started leaking and they patched her up. We knew that our time was limited and scheduled Euthanasia at home on Tuesday. Unfortunately, life had other plans and we had to euthanize her sooner, on Sunday. The staff was so compassionate and apologetic for what we were going through. Sharon was fabulous, she was so helpful that saying “thanks” doesn’t seem enough. We were given an ink copy of her paw prints. This place is so AMAZING! Yes, it gets busy and yes the wait can be long. However it is so worth it for the level of care and compassion you get.

The exam fee/physical exam is $103 and then you'll get an estimate for other diagnostics or treatments that the doctor recommends.
