They showed up 30 minutes late and then refused to make a template because the rectangular countertop was 3/8" out of level. Home depot charged $200 for them to come back. I paid the $200 and canceled the order and went with Solid Granite and Quartz of WNY in Clarence and paid $400 less even with paying the $200. Funny thing is he didn't even put a level on the cabinets to make the form and it came out beautifully. And they were on time...Don't buy your countertops from home depot/Shell fab.

Although it say on there website walk in welcome, you have to make an appointment for service.
