Not the greatest experience. We booked last min online as it was an emergency, our car became disabled near them and we're from NY. They didn't honor the price we booked online and added $50 knowing we had no other choice. The other employee cleaning the car was not very professional either.... our local Hertz at Albany Airport are very courteous and professional.

Absolute terrible customer service and thieves. Whoever the heavy-set gentlemen that works there has no concern for his customers nor his own image at Hertz. My mom and I rented a car through insurance almost a month ago because my car was in an accident. Said heavy-set gentlemen never once told us how long the car is valid under the insurance nor closed the account to get a final bill. Thus leaving us with a bill of over $500!! Over the phone today he gave us nasty attitude and pretty much had no intent on helping us. I see why this business and store has the rating it is. This place is the reason why the automotive industry has a bad rep. As someone who works in car sales I understand the concerns of a client comes first if you actually care about reputation and repeat business. The level of service I received was sleazy, unprofessional, and disrespectful. NEVER will I recommend this place and I plan on going out of my way to tell colleagues, friends and family to go elsewhere. If you want to remedy this, reach out with an apology, an itemized bill and reason why I should ever consider Hertz again.

great place, excellent service, pleasure to deal with, and quick. I checked in and checked out in approximately 6 minutes Randy was really helpful and nice. the car was awesome served it's purpose. I highly recommend this location!

Absolutely. They will charge for fuel and insurance even if you declined and then you will have to fight them to get refunded. PlatePass will charge you for tolls that you never went though and you'll have to fight that too. Don't rent a car here. If you do save all of your receipts, you're gonna need em.
