Chris takes good care of us over at Alfa service. We have been dealing with supply chain constraints and it is super helpful that Chris steps up to the plate every time!

I very recently switched to Alfa Romeo from BMW (three days ago). I called for a warranty related service on my CPO 2018 Stelvio (check engine light came on) and, when I asked about a loaner, they said they wouldn't provide a loaner car because I didn't BUY the car from their dealership. Clearly they do not wish to service Alfa Romeo. Tip: If you want to compete with other premium brands like BMW, you shouldn't care what dealer the car comes from when serviced and you definitely should offer a loaner car --- UPDATE 5/23/2022 --- I decided to give Ramsey Alfa another chance. I have a weird issue that recently started, with the battery draining if I don't lock the car overnight. So, since Ramsey is the closest dealer, I gave them a call May 17, 2022. I need a loaner as I can't sit and wait because of work. I was told they wouldn't have a loaner available until June 8. That was not great but not terrible, so I made the appointment for June 8, 2022. To my surprise, I got a phone message from the dealer on Saturday, May 21 about my "upcoming appointment on Monday" (May 23), telling me they wouldn't have a loaner available. Since I had not made any appointment for May 23, I tried calling back to sort out what they were talking about but it was too late as the service department closed by the time I could call them back. Monday morning, I called again and was informed that, indeed they had made an appointment for me for May 23 with a loaner, despite telling me that they wouldn't have any loaners until June 8,and me accepting June 8 with a loaner. And now, they wouldn't have any loaners for June 8 either. In fact, I was told there wouldn't be any loaner cars available for at least two months = end of July! So, my experience trying to have my Alfa Romeo serviced at Ramsey has been less than stellar to say the least. First they wouldn't provide a loaner unless I bought my car from them and then, when I gave them a second chance (I'm a believer in second chances), they have some serious confusion in their scheduling department. So, again I am left to seek another solution for my Alfa Romeo service needs. It is a shame that the nearest dealer's ineptitude is forcing me to drive over an hour to get my Alfa serviced. I was hoping to be able to increase my rating of their service department but alas, it will have to remain at one star.

Stay away from them, as soon as they selling you a car forget about getting a service, my car was broken after 11 months and they refused to fix it

While an ideal time to buy varies on factors like the model of interest, your budget, and availability, we might recommend stopping by during a weekday since weekends tend to be a busy time for car shoppers. We also encourage you to check-in to see when new models arrive at our dealership and stay up to date about deals and incentives that might work to create an ideal buying time for you.

I have a 2014 Fiat 500L Easy with a computer that is off since the battery died. I replaced the battery and drove it on the highway as directed and it is still kind of off. Can you service this issue?
