Our AC was broken, but Martin and the team in the leasing office were quick to get a maintenance tech to come fix the issue. Tommy M. from maintenance was great and extremely friendly! He fixed the issues with the AC immediately and promised to follow up to make sure it continued to run smoothly.

Had the pleasure pf touring the property with Martin today. He was personable and professional and sooo knowledgeable. Once he knew what I was looking for, he was able to provide me with the best available options for my new home. The leasing office and grounds were immaculate and I am certain this will be my next home while i decide where to retire permanently. Martin followed up to ensure I was still coming and was ready for me, when I arrived. He definitely raised the bar and restored my faith in great customer service.

Let me start by saying we have NEVER had such a good experience as the one we have had (and still am) here at Bell Perimeter. Martin has been excellent and professional since we stepped into the door to visit the community. He walked us through the application process, which was a breeze, communicated what we should expect every step, and answered all of our questions. We finally moved in this past weekend, and before we got the keys, he walked us through the entire property showing where everything was located. The community is everything we hoped for; it's clean, quiet, secure, and great location. We're delighted we decided to move into Bell Perimeter!
