I love it here! There is an Amazon pick up box, the pool and gym was always clean. There were never any major issues in the apartment but the one time I put a request in for something it was 4 on the morning and buy the time I came home from work the issue had been fixed. I would highly recommend ashford at spring lake

I’m a new resident here and the application process and move-in process was great. I love my apartment it’s nice and cozy and I appreciate The property manager Angela for helping me get through the process and I highly recommend this property to others

Staying at Ashford at Springlake Apartments has been an overall nice experience. The complex and its amenities are kept tidy. Communication with the leasing office is easy and they handle any issues in a timely manner. My only dislike is how thin the floors/ walls are. Of course this comes with the territory of apartment living, so just be mindful of that. Beautifully renovated, great sunlight. 4stars, lovely location.

Great management staff with Angela and Tia. I've been resident over 6 years. Maintenance is very efficient and complete work orders immediately. Grounds are well manicured. Breeze ways are cleaned constantly. Managme nt is professional and always doing events for the community. Great community to live in.
