First of all let me say I don’t care how anything else may come off . The staff at Southwood Vista are absolutely amazing . They treat you with kindness, respect, and go out of their way to work with you. They’re a team of highly amazing black women and I could not ask for more. The customer service off that makes me anxious to live there and mean that in a good way I absolutely cannot wait to move into my unit because these women are such a pleasure . I had light interactions with maintenance But they were also awesome. The tall skinny guy is absolutely a debonair gentlemen. The property is gorgeous . I love the pool area because I’m a total mermaid. It gives family reunion pool party and I love it . The community is up kept and I can tell everyone puts in to make it that way. It’s quiet but the residents are friendly. It’s such a nice change of scenery. My tour was fun and awesome . Everyone is down to earth , respectful, and overall I cannot wait to move in!

Had a very good experience with the new manager of my apartment complex.Ms. Jada Jackson and her staff were very patient with me and took extra time to explain all the details of transitioning from paper to online.
