I am a resident here at Columbia colony. I wish the company will look into why all the good staff is leaving ronny was a very good maintenance guy. But he quit a few weeks ago and Shan was also a nice employee. Shelia attitude is very horrible and she is very unprofessional at times I wish someone would look into this. THEY ARE DELETING REVIEWS!!!

The property manager is AMAZINGGG!! She is welcoming and funny which made our experience touring the property with my grandmother a good experience. The property was very nice! She made the application process smooth and simple. I’m positive this is the BEST place for my grandmother to live.

My parents have been there since the community was built. For years it has been a joy for them to call this property home. When our Mother was transitioning the staff was very supportive. Shiela's staff is stellar. She has come in as general manager and has truly taken it to another level.

Life has been hard for my grandfather ever since his wife, my grandmother, has passed away and moving him out of their old house was a struggle. I had to find something very accommodating to his pleasure especially with me being pregnant in little time. Colombia Colony Senior Apartments has been a great help. The staff always has great events for the residents. I really just appreciate them for being such a great help with everything that has been going on.
