If you are a criminal who forges checks, this is the branch for you. No one looks at IDs. My husband and I had our checks stolen and the thief went to this store to purchase 4 tires without giving the type of vehicle he was purchasing them for…suspicious. Then he presented a fake ID not matching my husbands name to purchase these tires. The name he gave for the work order was different than his ID and my husbands name. (Even more suspicious) He purchased $900 worth of tires with incorrect information and stolen checks. So seriously, if you want to steal this is the location as they do not care who’s paying as long as someone is. Thumbs down Firestone. Do better. Also, I have to now clear this up with their collection department

Awesome customer service and great people. Traveling and experienced issue with losing pressure on tire. They were busy but were able to work me in to help out single woman traveler. Thank you guys. I would recommend ya”ll in heartbeat.
