I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t leave a review without making a selection. Apparently I’m not the only one that has issues with this company!!! One 2 separate occasions we have called the Greenville location to let them know not to put our delivery on an 18 wheeler because they will NOT have anywhere to turn around and what do they do??? You guessed it, put it on an 18 wheeler yet again. The one that gets me is that they were scheduled to deliver on Saturday (today) between (1-5pm) don’t even call or let you know that they aren’t coming and of course they don’t reopen until Monday. Who’s going to pay for having to take off for a delivery on now 4 missed deliveries from your company?? Of course I called them and was instructed that I’d have to call back on Monday, wow at least the person that answered the phone said she was security and that she would have the transportation manager call me and I’m still waiting. At least I’m not holding my breath. Let’s see if they will deliver my merchandise broken like they did on the second attempt! Edit-Yes you are correct, you replied on Facebook but I’m still waiting for a call that hasn’t happened and no resolution from when I called either.
