Went in to get change and Carol was very rude me to and refuse to make change for me because I did not have my salon owner‘s account number. Would not recommend this bank to anyone I would recommend Idaho Central credit Union. They will make change for you regardless if you have an account or not. Banks are there to service us and they make money off of us and our money when we deposit money into their accounts. I work in the service industry and never would treat someone with so much disrespect as Carol did to me.

I love this bank! They are very professional and make you feel welcomed. Robyn is always so helpful, she’s been helping me deal with some banking issues. Always a pleasure to stop by. It’s a fantastic bank, have been banking with them for about a year or two.
