Zero help, walked in with a phone that doesnt function properly at all, showed the associate and all he said is that he recommends I get an upgrade. I have the Device 365 protection that I pay monthly for and he said I have to file a claim and get a new device sent to me in which the process would take up to 2 weeks. That is ridiculous, I need a phone as it's necessary for my job but all they want to do is up their upgrade numbers, recommended I pay 200$+ for an upgrade before telling me a replacement would be only 5$. Even if I do my upgrade will never be returning to this store.

T-mobile and Sprint are scam artists. I went in to get a new phone and put my wife on my phone line about a 2 years ago. I wanted to pay for my phone in full and then pay my monthly bill. The employees there told me that I would not get the price they originally told me unless I pay for my phone over 18months. They assured me that after 18 months my phone would be payed off and be mine. It's been a few months over 18 and my bill has stayed at the same amount, so I visited the store. They told me that I was on a "forever lease" and that I only get the discounted amount because I will continue to pay for my phone forever. Basically I was tricked into leasing a phone instead of buying one and now my bill is a lot larger FOREVER because the employees lied to me. The employees today basically told me that they couldn't do anything and to call customer care. I think i would rather switch services. The Big Companies always trying to take every penny away from the little guy...#SprintawayfromTmobile.
