The staff at Midtown Cedar Hill Apartments is wonderful. I was waiting for an important package for over a week. I called the office to see if someone turned it in since Fed Ex and the company I ordered from stated it was delivered. Amanda was able to view in their system that it was placed in another mail box 7 days prior. Another staff member went to retrieve it immediately. I was so thankful for the quick response. Thank you Amanda and staff for always responding quickly and being so kind.

I don't think so. Criteria is income should be about 3x the rent.
Mine was $950, after a year or two they raised it by $40. This is a 1 bed 1 bath with no balcony. There is also a valet trash fee.. I think it is somewhere between $30-$50 and you cant opt out. Plus a pest fee which is only a couple bucks a month.
Yes you have to make 3 times the rent......I have been there 4years and now the management team sucks
The pool is open for residents with a key fob to get into the gate.
