My family has been here since June 2022 and it has been issue after issue. Currently we have no hot water or AC. Turns out our circuit board may need to be replaced. Their solution was moving us into a smaller place. No access to amenities like the gym or pool. The laundry room works sometimes and you have to know which dryers work (2 out of the 6). Each time I've talked to them it's "That's someone else's issue" . The only redeeming quality is the layout of the apartment.

I wanted to rent an apartment there but the manager who is there did not want to accept my passport or my ID just because it is from another country

This is a nice place to live and the rent is reachable and the crime is low

Yes there's plenty in Cedar Hill. I would not be the person to invite you to these particular apartments though. For I I issues here.
No. All bills are not paid. You have to get your own electricity provider and water and gas, etc is added to your base rent.
These apartments are no longer low income and does not accept housing vouchers.
