New management is pretty awful. We’ve been without hot water for a week and the temperatures are getting a lot colder in DFW. The old management would deal with the water issues much more promptly but the new management doesn’t seem to realize how bad it is for people living here right now. The old management was kind and understanding. Definitely won’t be renewing my lease and my advice is don’t move here unless you can take cold showers without getting pneumonia

Lived there for 3yrs and it was ok. Management was friendly and it used to be a nice neighborhood. It has been sold and a new management company took over. At their “welcome party” some ladies I assume were the new people were talking and not welcoming anybody. They looked at us weird and we weren’t the only ones. I don’t know if they were bored, tired of working that day there or what. It’s hard to contact them for issues and when you finally find someone to ask about the problems around the complex, they blame the past company, like, they are the new people there. What are you doing to fix it? Water has been an issue for months and it hasn’t been fixed. They cut the hot water off without notice. At least let people know of what is gonna happen. Now they have a trash company that, without telling tenants, are picking up trash and charging extra for it. The covered parking spaces are being charged twice when it was already included on the rent. They want to transform this old community into a fancy one like Waterside, Eastbank or the Clearfork ones. They didn’t want to honor the lease we were offered before they moved in and wanted to charge a lot more. So if you have your offer, show it to them. Because they say the old management didn’t leave papers behind. Either they are lazy to even look for it or what. Good luck to anybody that is still renting there. And please read your contract. And talk to neighbors there, ask how the atmosphere is and if they hear their complaints.

The water was once again shut off without notice. I've lived here just under 2 months and have had hot water for about half the time.
