This place is about unsafe as it gets . Yes that’s right VERY UNSAFE . The Benbrook Police patrol the parking lots but thst does not deter the violence and theft . The property is old and ran all the way down .My ceiling leaked and caused the Sheetrock to fall in . If you like Blackmold then this is the place for you . You are better off living off Las Vegas Trail .

Don't rent from this place the ac unit is very old needs to be replaced. The ac is running all day it will not shut off. I had maintenance come out once a month. since it is leaking water from the ac. I had renter insurance with my car insurance they will not refund me my money back for my whole lease so being charged twices for renter insurance with them and my car insurance.

I’ve lived here for about two years now. There have been a few problems that have irritated me, like AC going out and it not getting fixed for a month, getting my car towed the day I got my plates. But the management and the maintenance personnel have always been nice and very helpful!

Definitely would not recommend moving here. Air conditioner doesn’t work properly. Called maintenance more than once, just for him to come out and say just a dirty filter. When it’s 100• degrees outside, your air conditioner will only put out 80• which is false. Because what would the point of having an air conditioner? By 11AM the thermostat reads 79• when it’s set to be 70• inside.
