Guys steer clear of these apartments, communication is so bad, leases get messed up, roaches, dirty apartment, fridge doesnβt fit, office is locked all the time probably because of all the residents coming to complain that they want to avoid. And most importantly communication is very very bad.

My sister hasnβt even fully MOVED IN and there were roaches GALORE. AC isnβt working and hasnβt been. The door wonβt shut all the way so air is leaking through. The drain is clogged in the bath tub. Idk where all these positive reviews are coming from but i give this place a 0/10. DOES NOT RECOMMEND.

If its you by yourself, its about $800. Including the first month rent, application fee and processing fee
I believe it's somewhere between $800 and $900. But to be honest with you I wouldn't use this place unless it's the last resort. They are constantly changing management. My downstairs neighbor had a water leak that was coming from my sink. It took them six months to fix it. They tour five or six holes in my sheetrock trying to find it. Once they found the problem and actually fixed it it took them another 6 months to patch the holes in the wall. My kitchen sink faucet is still spraying water everywhere from corrosion. I've put in like 5 work orders for it and nothing.
Oh idk I visit there from California with family πͺ my mother been there 13 years and she's paying 1000 for 2 bedroom but they keep raising especially if you get proposals of moving to a upgraded or newer apartment there I think she said it would be 1200 idk if that 2 bedroom
Nice apartment π
I work and live in here and i think it's a fair rate for everything they charge you
We do not.
Nope, no security
I am not sure but all Madera properties are making new tenants and new leases get a mandatory technology package that adds like 80$ on top of your lease. Fine if you want it but you have no choice.
You don't pay online yet from what I was told by management.
The water bill is wrapped into the rent payment but you still have to pay it. Hypathiclly.. .if your rent is 800 and you use 20 in water...total rent is 820. It will be more or less depending on usage. As for a cosigner...I dont know. They did allow my roommate and myself to combine incomes to make the 3times the monthly rent requirement. You will have to have 100,000 in renters insurance before you move in. I paid about $150 for an entire year. You will also have to have electricity turned on before move in to. All in all it's a great starter place.
