I was at 4201 Members Way, today and had an exemplary experience with Danielle Akram. She served me with a smiling face at the counter and proceeded to help me at her desk with my credit application. She has the best Postive attitude i have recently encountered, very patient and went out of her way to answer all my questions with great professionalism!! Spoke to Tammara. She told me why I was getting invalid address charges, (someone did not remove the "tag" when I validated my address a months before). I got the charges reversed within a few minutes. She is awesome. As for her colleagues that did not resolve the issue the first time, they need better training.
