No organization and very bad communication skills. the service team gave me the run round on who to talk to and what is going on with my vehicle. I made an appointment to drop my truck off for a recall on the air bags. They stated the vehicle was done and they were waiting on paper work to be released. A few hours later I headed to the dealership to pic up my vehicle. long story short: when I arrived they first said it was done and still waiting on paper work after a few minutes they then proceeded to tell me they had not taken my truck back yet for the recall and that this recall takes a full day to fix. Next a manager came out and stated that my truck is actually currently in the shop and getting work done as we speak but still wont be done still tomorrow evening, I clarified with him that my truck is in fact in shop bay getting work done as we speak, he confirmed that was correct, so I ask him then why can I see my truck through your window sitting in the parking lot? He did not have an answer for that. They have had my truck for over three days now for a recall and no one still is able to give me an answer on the status of my vehicle. This type of customer service is unacceptable and this isn't the first time I have had issues at this dealership.

You have to take the vehicle there yourself and find out. They can then tell you how much you have to pay.

We do have a heavy duty lift that can accommodate this type of vehicle, however, given the size of the vehicle and availability of our heavy duty lift, we'd recommend making an appointment in this case as it will take longer than a regular vehicle's tire rotation.
