I was welcomed fine until i moved in. When i had bank issues I was late a couple days after the 3rd and i was already being soon evicted. I also had safety concerns and other concerns with my apartment which previous tenants were from what i was told, aggressive and loud. I assume the damages were from that but it took a little bit to get that fixed. My neighbors make it worth it for me. They mind their business but also seem to understand and they are sweet! No issues with noise. I just want to be treated with respect and the same energy ai was given when I was getting the place. Ive seen a few reveiws with the same issues. Also my stove is old and out of date constantly making the smoke alarm go off and its hard to bake things at times. And again, the attitude the staff can give me. I was blocked from my concerns at one point too. It is what it is. This is my HONEST review about my move in and being here experience. Its a nice place but wish my concerns and needs wernt made like its nothing.

I highly recommend. The staff is great. They are like a dream team. Genuinely sweet and helpful women. They will do all they can to help and if they can’t they let you know with grace. This was my first apartment moving alone in the city of Benbrook and I’m glad I was led here because it was the exact spot I needed to be in. There weren’t any pest issues. Never saw a roach. I did stay right near the wooded area so be aware of the fact that nature is roaming and there’s not much they can do about that part. It is a very large property so when several units experience the same issues at once such as this summers heat wave it might be a delay on your request but as for me, they even call to let you know if they will or won’t be able to show if your were expecting them on a certain day which I really liked. This place is proof that If you treat people nice they will respond accordingly. As far as safety goes it’s not a bad area but you should always use caution especially at night as there are blind spots in certain areas. The police are always parked on highland park Dr so it gives a sense of safety which I liked as well. I could go on but this is a great place to stay. It is a gem

Where do I begin. The situation of my move in was a bit unusual…. Regardless Josie handled it wonderful and was able to get me the unit I wanted. These apartments were my first choice and I was very adamant about living here. Thanks to the staff for having so much patience and professionalism. The actual move in was very smooth, no major fixes yet. Its very quiet and super close to work. I also received a phone call welcoming us into the community. Which is fantastic. I’ve never really felt like I was part of a community until now and its an awesome feeling. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They are super friendly/patient/professional and welcoming.
