Tenants that currently live here. How do you feel about the complex and neighborhood? Do they keep up with maintenance as well as upgrades in the house?

I've been here for a bit over a year. Nice and quite. Maintenance is on point and even replacing the light bulbs for no cost which my last place didn't. My only issue is some people like to drive fast through the lot but that is rare in my experience. Leasing staff is great. Units are old but well kept. Another issue I have is old windows so it's not easy to keep electric bill down during summer. In the end, highly recommended

The neighborhood here is very quiet. Everyone I've met so far has seemed friendly. The maintenance team is probably what keeps me here. I've lived at other places that have taken weeks to get things done.
