I usually enjoy the experience at Ace better than other hardware stores. I noticed at this location however, the customer experience is not what it once was. The employee Tierra could learn a lot. I didn't appreciate how I was spoken too. All customers should be treated with more respect.

Decent inventory, lot of returned and resale items. I'm careful to buy only things that look like they've not been opened. Customer service is very hot and miss, but this location is right next to the bus depot and gets a lot of 'non customers', so they do their best.
