Packages thrown at door, damaged/broken goods, main carrier swearing and slamming locking mail boxes causing them to not latch properly, NO action taken after multiple complaints, certified letter not brought to unit to be signed for (notice left in box noting "for buzzer not working" (carrier knows the system has been non functional for some time), carriers overhead on phone verbally insulting another obese customer including calling her a vulgar name. Absolutely unacceptable!

Horrible service. The manager even threw a notepad at me across the counter to write an address down, then refused to sell me stamps. Avoid this post office at all costs.

Out of the many packages I have gotten shipped through this post office most have come to me with the boxes having serious damage. The latest was shipped from a local company. When it got here the guy made me sign for it even though The box was abliterated and open. I asked him to mark it damaged and he refused. I tried to call the local post office and I can't get though. Enough is enough. Why can't they get packages to me without damage!? This one was hit hard enough to be open!

Yes. They ask if it's a food substence and it does depend on where you're shipping it to.
If you have a tracking number you go the post office Web site click on tracking and put the number in to see where it's at . It will tell you where it's been the last place it left . If you wanna get tracking on a package your mailing you say you want tracking on it and pay for tracking on your package . I think Web site is usps.com
I think go to the post office where you want to get a p. o. box . And see if they have a P.O. Box available in the size that you want there different sizes and prices . If they do then fill out the p.o. box form pay for it . Get the Key ,And your done . I think it's pretty simple . Different post offices might have more boxes available depending on how busy they are . Good Luck hope this helps you
No
Wait for it to be returned to your address. That's nothing really that can be done once it leaves your possession...
