I stopped by and got my ears pierced today. Letter did a amazing job and I had previously gotten my nose piercing done a year ago here! Letter always does such a great job! Highly recommend.

Bad customer service and the guy who pierced my nose is not good at consultation. He did not numb or warn me before piercing. He just asked me to take a pic of their after care sheet. It's NOT an upbeat friendly place.

$25 & 18. I've had my tragus, forward felix and cartilage (all bilateral) and my belly. ID was checked each time and his sterile technique was flawless. I've never had problems healing these piercings either.
