Whack customer service.u arrive 10, 15 mins EARLY N ur still waiting,and when ur appointment was scheduled the month before smfh. FAST FORWARD TO AUG 30TH TODAY. WHEN YOUR OF COLOR REACHING OUT FOR YOUR CHILD THIS IS ANOTHER WHACK SETUP THAT WONT HELP YOU.ITS BEEN MONTHS AND THESE CLOWNS REFUSE TO KNOWLEDGE MY REQUEST .BUT IF I WERE (CAUCASIAN)I WOULD OF GOT THAT CALL MONTHS AGO TO ASSIT MY CHILD.BUT SINCE THE SYSTEM IS SET UP FOR US COLORED FOLKS TO FAIL ,THIS IS THERE FAKE TAKE AS USUAL.DISGUSTING SLIMES

This is a terrible and inconsiderate place. The first doctor they put me with didn't listen to my concerns, and wouldn't let me speak at all. I'd waited two months to see a different one, but about an hour before the appointment, they called and canceled, saying that "They would need more than a half-hour appointment to speak with me." About two hours later, at noon, they called and said they had a space for 12:30. I rushed as much as I could, but I simply lived too far away. By the time I got there (at about 12:40) the receptionist told me that the doctor had filled me in as a no-show because I was "15 minutes late," even though I clearly wasn't. After speaking to the receptionist more, she informed me that the spot they'd given me was a half hour spot anyways, so they had basically sabotaged my appointment. The doctor I was supposed to see then came out and started "apologising" saying how she "understood how important getting in was to me." I don't see how if she was too busy to see me, she had the time to stand at the front desk and talk about how "sorry" she was for ten minutes. She spoke with such pretentiousness that it was insulting. Now I'm running out of my medication, and I don't know how I'm going to refill it. If at all possible, stay away from this place. It's horrible.
