I have been keeping fish a little over 14 years and first time ever ordering online. I must say it was a very pleasant experience and will continue to order as I continue to grow out my tanks. I was very hesitant on ordering based on such good reviews in part, because I have learned from past experiences if it sounds too good it more than likely is however, I came across one unhappy customer who complained about receiving DOA’s and wasn’t happy about his refund, after reading the rebuttal from the staff here at Aqua Huna I was sold. You can’t please everyone regardless of how hard you try. I will say I am extremely happy and will continue my business. Thank you to the staff who made this experience well worth the money.

Love! Dream comes true!!!! This is first time ever review anything! I’ve been searching for place where they sell fish online for so long! I finally found this website! I ordered Green Neon Rashbora. They are my dream fish! They can fast! And all of them are really healthy! I would love to buy from this place all day ( I live in Oregon so it’s really close and cheap shipping). But at this point. My fish tank is full. Once I got bigger tank and more. I will surely ordered a lot of fish from here. Sadly I can only order one type because there are already some neon tetras here. Highly recommend!!!

If any of you use Aqua Huna for livestock, I would highly recommend you be careful. This company has a neglectful shipping policy with live fish. They say fish can survive for seven days in our boxes. NOT! I just received an order today after seven days in transit. Half of my order was DOA. This is the norm with them. I have never had an order that I can remember where I did not have DOA. The fish quality are good, but serious undo stress is put on the fish in transit. Many times the box arrives and the warmer expired long time ago. Yes they will refund you quickly, but you never get the fish you ordered unless you place another order with more shipping issues. PLEASE reconsider using this company unless they use another carrier and shorten their lead time so they won't kill fish. They said if I do not like their shipping method I should take my business elsewhere. I will. Trust.

I'm located on the east coast and I was concerned about ordering fish during the hot months. So, I waited until the weather cooled down. I ordered 22 fish and they arrived a day early!. We only lost one fish which was amazing since they traveled across the country. I email customer service and they addressed the situation immediately. Great fish, great customer support! I couldn't be a happier customer- I will order from them again.
