I door dashed tenders today, and the refused to fill my order. They said that “they’d not really use door dash that much, and the pricing is different on the app than in store so we wont be able to do anything about it or complete the order” they also didn’t contact me to tell me or cancel the order. They waited for the driver to arrive and tell them they wouldn’t fill the order unless the driver paid more after they already accepted it. I get that prices go up but if you’re going to put your business on a delivery app you should fill the order and then contact the app to change your pricing on the app or don’t accept the order at all. Now I have to wait 5-7 days to get a refund of the $55 I spent. Not to mention the girl I spoke with on the phone was so rude and unprofessional and didn’t care to help at all.

I’ve been in Huntsville for 7 years and Tenders has been one of my favorite spots over that time. With that being said, I’ve noticed the quality of food decline. Most times now, the food is barely warm and the pieces of chicken are tiny. I feel like I’m getting scraps because instead of tenders, I get very small pieces with hardly any meat.

Never been to Tenders so I tried the one on Wynn Dr. I got the four tender meal with fries and slaw. I got it to go so when I got back to the office, I counted six very small tenders, almost like small chicken pieces. Fries were good but the slaw was warm and tasteless. Not a very good value and the tender sauce was very watery but the buffalo sauce was extra so I did not get it, mistake. I gave them a 3 star but could have gave them 2.

Food is good. Service is going downhill fast! Particularly the later kids at the drive through. No personality or care at all for the job they are doing. Can’t finish ordering without a “is that all?” Order is usually incorrect in some way. …
