Hello, I have had two mediocore experiences at Kncokouts. The person cutting my hair was non personable. A week after getting my haircut, I need to get it cut again. The charges are outrageous and I didn't even get a receipt of the price break down. And I paid for some services that weren't delivered. All in all wont be back. I have barber friends who can give a better quality cut for half the price.

I had an extremely pleasant experience here. Bri was my hair stylist and she was super engaging and made my first experience here comfortable. She did an amazing job at cutting my hair (I usually have to explain how to cut it). She jumped right in and did a phenomenal job. Usually I go see my barber in Cumberland, but he was booked so I thought I’d try this place out as its 5 minutes from me. I was not disappointed. I would definitely go back thanks to the great customer service Bri provided. 10/10 haircut and service
