I am getting extremely irritated with this office. Do not go here. I have been seeing Dr. Vanatta for almost a year with consistent health issues. Nothing solved or improved still. I feel extremely ignored. They do not care about you here. Front office staff is also extremely rude. Any health concern is made out to be “anxiety.” I am beyond furious and have wasted a year trying to get care, just living with these debilitating symptoms!!!! But yet still no urgency in my health issues!! Not to mention, you are only allowed to bring up “3 medical concerns” per visit. So if you have 5 symptoms, gotta pick 3 and leave the rest for next time. I brought a list of my symptoms and the medical assistant told me that it’s too many and I can only pick 3 off the list. Ridiculous. I am only 23 and never had health issues until a year ago, used to work FULL TIME and I just want to feel better so my I can have my life back. Now I can barely function, my arm goes numb, my heart has issues, I have headaches daily, dizziness, fevers, the list goes on and on. My PT told me he recommended a neurologist consult to my PCP and that was also ignored as we never discussed it. Should be taking patients more seriously. Absolutely furious I’ve wasted this much time with this provider and office. Switching immediately to another PCP. I’ve put my life on hold for too long trying to have faith that this doctor would help me. I’m very upset that I’m going to have to go to another doctor and restart trying to solve my problems because I don’t feel believed and listened to. I also saw Dr. lang in optometry and it’s been a total disaster as well, from my prescription being wrong to them calling and canceling my appointment.

They were quick for me not having an appointment. The doctor seemed confident and it went very smooth.

It's really sad because my experience here has actually not been the worst. But they refused to treat the problems my girlfriend went there for and essentially denied her service. I understand the medical field is a complicated mess especially in America right now but the doctor patient relationship is so reliant upon a level of care and trust, which Dr Cruto had absolutely 0 interest in providing to my girlfriend. She was denied simple antibiotics (told that her problem was 'not that bad' even though they are normally prescribed), and told that they wouldn't check vitamin levels in blood work because she should 'already be on supplements'.

The staff here is always friendly and attentive, addressing you as soon as you stand in line to check in. The practioners are prompt, not making you wait long after the RN takes your vitals before popping in themselves to do their assesment. They are throughout and make sure all concerns are met, referrals are immediate if needed and follow up appointments scheduled immediately too.

I have an eye doctor. However, he isn't associated with Tri-City Community Health.
No
Most medical facilities give a 15 minute leeway. Always best to call ahead if you know that you will be late for an appointment.
