They were kind and efficient. Price was very affordable. Took my dog in for wellness check and nail trim. My dog is not happy when someone touches her paws. Apparently she gave the vet no trouble and let them trim her nails. So happy.

Was very impressed with Dr. Walker for giving us the time at the first appointment. Also impressed with being affordable. That day being a Friday the office was supposed to call in pain meds. Went to pick them up Saturday and was told meds were not called in. My pet had to go 24 hours without pain/nerve meds. Very disappointed it wasn't taken seriously enough to ensure the simple task was not completed. Couldn't go to work Monday, went to the office first thing to pick up a couple days worth. Gotta stay on top of things, let's see.

The new Doctors and Staff at Double Arrow are simply amazing to work with. We have been clients there for many years, and can honestly say the change is wonderful. We had to make a very difficult decision for our 12 year old Dachshund that we have had since he was a 10 day old bottle fed baby. The compassion and care from everyone was second to none.
