Went to renew my tabs after I didnt drive my car for 6 months and they only gave me them for the remainder of this year which is to Oct 2022. Less than 6 months of tabs payed at full price. The girl was very rude and not customer friendly. She never explained to me there policy nor gaved me a heads up that I was paying full price for tabs that were only good for 5 months. I understand rules and policies but this felt super shady. I just wished they would of told me ahead of time.

I love this place. It’s always been really straightforward and the staff is friendly. We started using them for our renewals and transfers wayyy back in the day, when they were in the little office across from where they are now.

Hello, if it is to renew your driver's license we do not do these transactions, you have to go to DOL.WA.GOV to make your appointment with the driver's license department. If it's for your car license plates, you don't need an appointment to come. ☺️
Unfortunately not at this location. Any drivers license transactions are to be done at the drivers licensing department in Kennewick. At the moment they are only doing appointments. You can make an appt though dol.wa.gov or call the customer service number.
No you don't need to make an appointment but when you get there you'll have to drive through the the line tell them what you need they'll give you a number and then you sit in your car and wait and then they'll give you a call try and be early so you don't have to have such a long wait hope that helped
