I went thru the drive thru. Jazmin on Rd 68 Burden Jack in the box helped me late at night. And regardless of how late it was she was kind and friendly and got my entire order correct. We are happy to come back again.

Love getting lunch here! the food is good, the staff are nice and the service is very quick even when they are busy.

We went through the drive through at this location. Service was good and quick. But they discontinued the bacon cheddar potato wedges and gave us this slop. Not even filled up. Just thrown in. Doesn't look appetizing. Reply to the "owner". No I'm okay. I don't need to look at a website on "how the food is supposed to look" just to be disappointed again. I just know the quality of your products has decreased significantly and wanted others to see what to expect from that location. I will definitely not be returning to that location or ordering that off the menu. $4 not well spent.

For some reason the pop machine in this place keep either breaking down or the staff does not know how to work it. This morning was the 3rd occasion where I was told "Sorry, our pop machine is down". I was offered 2 orange juices instead. Guys, call in someone who will properly fix that thing so it does not keep breaking down. Also, would have been nice if you told me this while I was ordering instead of waiting until im at the window. I wonder if McDonalds pop machine is working...
