The homes are cute but the two stories make it sound bigger than they really are. Good for 2 people. But privacy is hard being as they are 4-plex homes so lots of people walk around with their dogs and it really sucks when your neighbors are loud.

The person who gave us the tour was super nice and answered all our questions. We were also able to schedule a tour the day off which is pretty rare to do with other places

I’ve been at these villas for over 2 years now. I’ve seen drastic improvements from the buildings themselves, from the front office staff, and most especially the maintenance team. I really appreciate how quick the team is to respond to requests and issues. I don’t care for the high cost of rent but right now everyone is charging selfishly high prices for this market. All said and done, I really appreciate the team here’s willingness to listen and improve. Hopefully this trend continues.

My husband and I have lived here going on a year now and just renewed our lease for an additional year. We have enjoyed our stay so far, the townhouse is spacious and looks great from the inside and the outside. The kitchen is a tad bit small for this cooking enthusiast but has enough space for the things we need. I was worried myself after reading the reviews, maybe we just have quiet neighbors but honestly, we hardly ever hear our neighbors. My guests personally haven't had a problem finding free parking when I have them over. I love that you enter in the home on the ground floor and that there is in unit washer and dryer. I have not met the office staff personally due to moving in at the height of the pandemic but when I see the ladies walking the property to clip notices and newsletters they seem friendly. When I have had maintenance come in to help with an issue they have been friendly and efficient. The price for these townhomes are affordable compared to some apartments with the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the location is great, easy to get to shopping on Rd. 68 or you can take the back route on Burns to get on the highway if you want to avoid traveling on Rd. 68. I can't speak to moving out fines or fees but will update when the day comes we do move, for now we are content :)

It is almost 1100 dollars after you pay all the “fees”. This includes 80 dollars a month for a garage that you WILL need because these places have no storage, as well as an additional 15 dollars a month EACH for pets on top of the ridiculous deposit you pay to have them in the first place. Oh and if you want parking, you better be ready to pay 100 bucks for a covered spot because people abandon their vehicles here ALL THE TIME and there is never any parking

Why are the ratings so bad for this place?

I didn't know that! We have lived here for 3mo and like it just fine! Ive met a few others here and they like it just fine also, and they've lived here longer than us. The ladies in the office are very nice and always helpful..... I read that negative review, to bad they had a bad experience.. Why didn't they complain to the office? The issue would have been looked into?? Not everyone has that kind of a neighbor. My neighbor didn't realize my bedroom was by her front door! I even loaned her some WDforty for her sqeeky hinge. You have to expect some noises in a 4apt unit! Be real. But when things are too annoying you talk to the management! That's a no brainer!!! To say again, we are happy here, but no community is perfect!! You should come and check things out for yourself and they will give you a tour of an apptmt! We did!
