Robert Kopp is a very good Vet as a breeder of English Springer Spaniels he took care of over 40 puppies that were all AKC.

There are a lot of problems with this vet. First off, the backup vet when Dr. Kopp is gone is extremely rude, talks down to you, and doesn’t explain things when you ask questions. When you go to get a vaccine, you will get an exam each time! Even when you were there 2 weeks ago. This is the only vet that does this! Why they think it’s acceptable to over charge is beyond me. When asked, they just simply said when you go to the dr you get charged. Which actually isn’t the case. When I go to the dr for a shot I only see the nurse and I don’t get an office visit!! They also don’t tell you the charges until after they have brought your dog back out. So it’s too late. I am shocked this vet office is still up and running with how they treat the pet owners and nickel and dimming them. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I took my dog to BCAH today for the first time. Upon arrival, we entered a very clean and cozy office, filled out papers and were taken to an exam room quickly. The vet tech was very kind and helpful. Then Dr. Kopp came in, and was very nice. The was gentle, did a thorough exam. She was given booster shots that were both quick and didn't cause much discomfort. We checked out, and paid a very reasonable price! We made a check up and booster appointment for our cat while checking out. So, needless to say, we will gladly continue their care at BCAH. I'm very happy with our experience here.
