We have taken many truck loads of garbage to this transfer station over the years. Always met with kindness in both the unload area and by the attendant checking us out.

We've been dumping the majority of our waste at this location. I had not experienced other dumps since we use this one all the time. Recently I used the Richland and Kennewick locations and it made us realize how well this location functions. Very little wait time, large area for big trailers and friendly staff. Even if this location is 15 minutes further than another location I will still drive here. The amount of time you will waste waiting in line at other location will exceed the drive. Make the drive out and us this location, thank me later.

Curtis staff great friendly people from the cashier, office to the disposal receptionist close all receptions we're fantastic, Thanks BDI for a positive experience.

The lady at the front was very disrespectful towards me and my husband. We went over the initial time we said we were gonna be And the lady who was working there made a comment saying so 25 minutes is not an hour in a half to you with a very horrible attitude may I add. I am the customer you do not talk to customers in a rude manner for no reason. Horrible experience never coming back. She had a bad attitude
