Highly recommend this business, especially if you are a young woman living in Moscow. They don't ever assume you're ignorant and try to take advantage of that, like some shops do. Chad is very honest, straightforward, and does a great job explaining things. I had to move away, but I wish I could've brought them with me.

I've had two great experiences with Palouse Country. First, when a tire shop improperly lifted our vehicle and damaged the differential cover, it took about 10-minutes for Palouse Country to check the damage, call the tire shop and let them know they'd be on the hook for the repair. A few weeks later when the dealer in Spokane recommended new brake pads and rotors, I thought the $1,500 they quoted me was a bit high. I asked Palouse Country if they could do it. Even though our vehicle is unusual and required special-order parts for the work, Palouse Country got the job done well for less-than half the price.

I had a concern with my engine. They were super swamped and due to family situations, I needed the car running. I took my car down to Chad and he checked it out in the parking lot for me. He took a listen and was super kind and professional. He then assured me the problem I thought I was having was actually something else which was quite normal for Subaru's. I asked him what I owed him and he said nothing. You don't get that from many shops these days.. A lot of places will charge you 50 bucks just for looking at your car for 5 minutes. Great place! I am not sure if Chad is the owner, if he isn't I hope the owner knows Chad does a really good job with customer service. I will definitely be back at this place with any issues I may have.
