Expect zero customer service in the restaurant. Your order may be wrong or missing things and you’ll have to shout several times back into the kitchen to get anyone’s attention—still they mostly ignore you. And your wait will be 3x as long as people in the drive-through. If you want to eat inside, go through the drive-through and then take your food inside. Crazy.

Good taco bell !! Very nice people. She sped walk to help me. Thats work ethic I rarely get to see. I love the motivation to help a customer. Makes someone feel important as everyone should.

I am a regular at this store and have eaten Taco Bell my entire life. I continue to go to this store and find that there is a strong lack of communication and efficiency. I’ve had many days where I’ve stood in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for someone to recognize me and take my order which can be very frustrating. I’ve had food served that was messy and thrown together, which is often a disappointment after the really long wait times. For example, today I stood in the lobby for almost 30 minutes waiting for my food to come out. I ordered the deluxe cravings box, and got a bland chalupa with barely any steak and a Doritos Locos Taco that had a strange cinnamon taste to it. On top of that, the cost for the box was $8, which is a lot for poor quality food. Disappointed. I’m rooting for this store’s improvement. Once again, I’m a lifelong Taco Bell fan. I have found that a few of the staff members are very kind and cordial, but there’s definitely lots of room for improvement. I've never had these problems at other Taco Bell's I've eaten at. Taco Bell is pretty good and pretty standard. This Taco Bell in particular is not great. Service is usually bad. I personally will get Supreme and will not receive supreme. You could come in and order supreme tacos 15 times in the last year and not get it 15 times. Shape up boys
