The wifi is ok but it seems like every weekend something has to happen to my wifi I use it for streaming games witch is my 2nd job and is how I support myself I wouldn't mind not having my paid wifi but it seems like my free wifi that comes with the building never turns on or works at all for me

Nothing loads on time. I cant even play a chess match without a 10second delay. If you've ever played bullet, you know what I need. Just dependable for 1 min. Ugh! I came on here to right a review and it took a minute to load google...... fix your ship.

For the most part this provider works ok. It's the only internet available in my complex, yet as an internet provider has no way to pay bills online, and twice a week around midnight my service shuts off. Wonderful people run the store but one would think i could pay my bill online to a place that provides internet service. Furthermore, I would like to hope they quit throttling data speeds and give people what they pay for. It's kind of bad they have a monopoly on internet in some places, but yet can't provide proper service.

Cactus Internet is the only internet provider for my apartment complex and while I have only been using their service for a few weeks, so far it seems to be of good quality. Both download and upload speeds are fast and so far I haven't had any issues being disconnected. I often have multiple users at a time connected all while streaming Netflix or Hulu with no issues. The only downside is the pricing, my previous provider was about $15.00 cheaper for the same megabits per second. That being said, I understand Cactus is a small business and I don't mind paying extra to support a small business.

Squirrel ate fiber-optic cable. Updates at turbonet.com
Pretty much the worst service/ internet ever
It was a slow-down on one of our wireless access points. We get notifications about total outages, but this one was simply way too slow. In cases like this, we rely on phone calls to alert us. It's fixed as of about noon today.
in november 2018 when the squirrel ate through the cable, the only way to contact them was by stopping by their office, unfortunately.
