I was waiting less than a few minutes in line to get a pound of custom mix and when it was my turn an older lady behind me rudely interrupted and insisted to the employee that she pay for her item first because she “knows how long those usually takes” since she only had one item. This was a Saturday morning with literally 2 employees and 2 person being helped and 2 other person waiting in line, myself and her. As I walked out I notice a cart filled with orders ready for pickup. So I checked the See’s website and now they allow you to order in advance for store pickup. Great! No need to wait in line and feel the wrath of the hangry impatient chocolate monsters in line. One star for allowing bad behavior at your store See’s Sunnyvale and not speaking up on their behalf. This is not the first incident at this store so I felt compel to write this review. Never had these type of incidents at the Santa Clara store so I will take my business there even though it is out of my way.

They messed up my previous order, two weeks ago. Today, I wanted to sample a candy from the display after completing my purchase and it was not available to try out .. I pick another one and that’s not available either. It’s convenient how the candy I bought were not on display but were available for purchase.

My fav is the little pops... lunch won’t be complete with a candy at the end.. got free Lollipop and a candy...yay

Very good customer service and this is the only store in South Bay where you can use corporate discount. Love to come to this store to get gift and our favorite is the see's candy toffee-ettes. FREE sample is always 5 stars for me.
