The store is completely filthy, They need to shut down and clean it or hire people to do a huge cleaning, Also the staff is very unprofessional and rude, If they do not like their job go somewhere else. I used to spend $500-1,000 every other week in there to feed my family of 6 but now I go to market basket much cleaner store very nice staff. Sorry but it seems like corporate doesn't care either.

Store smells like raw sewage. Store employees are aware of what is wrong for MONTHS! We’re talking gag reflex, urp in your mouth disgusting! They’re happy to tell you about the problem they are having with their chicken roasting and waste removal and how smelly it is. They know all about it and do nothing about it!! This is not a way to treat people you want to spend their money with you. Update: a month later. Same stink. Unreal. And we PAY to shop here! Reported to customer service, again, but just got the “another crazy customer,” blank stare. LOL. One employee said the department of health has been in. But nothing happened. Just do not care about customers. Plain and Simple. Had to leave empty handed. This store is a health hazard!

Buyer Beware....I tried to join using a discounted offer that was on FB and the store wouldn't honor the discount. I have spent the last 6 weeks emailing customer service who promised me a $20 gift card for my troubles initially. Later they kept asking for more and more detail hoping I would tire and go away. I was finally able to join using the discount by calling several times to the customer service 800#. Now, six weeks later, I get yet another email from "Brendon" telling me no gift card will be sent! It's not the lousy $20, it's the principle. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have to completely agree with you! Thats where I used to always get my kids diapers and they always have coupons for Huggies but NEVER have Huggies diapers in stock anymore 😕
