Lived there for 2 years. The management before was not all the best. Now, there is new management which is amazing! New management actually cares and knows to handle things in a timely manner. Overall, it's a decent price for the space you are paying for. I would say the downside, its REALLY DIRTY on the outside, it's filled with a lot of kids running around, leaving trash. Neighbors who are always extremely loud, smoking weed non stop so it smells in ur house because of shared vents, people filled with road rage, parking is non existent at night unless u have a carport and even then sometimes people will park in ur paid parking. I was notified once my neighbor had roaches and to watch for them in my home. It's just a really busy apartment complex. If you mind your business and stay inside your own place it's quiet and you are not bothered. All though, like I said the outside of the complex is very very busy and dirty.

I think rent is fair here its like 750 for a 2 bedroom. Make sure you are quick if they have an opening cause I got their late and the apartment that was available had already been rented. Nice location though

We have been living here for 7 months and continue to be happy with the size and quality of our unit, the upkeep of the property, and the friendly and helpful management. We had stellar assistance getting in here in the early phases of Covid. It was not easy moving to a new city in July 2020, but they made it such a welcoming place we were glad we came!

Ok well I've been away for 10 years living in Montana. I am going home before Christmas I've read quite a few reviews and there all the same. Por management. To the managers if you don't want to work in that position you should move on. It seems personal problems are causing this. Your tenants should not have to wait more than 3 days to get something fixed and please tell vme there's a policy agree ment. The girl that said you can get STDs in the pool made me laugh. But I would love to manage these residential apartments, I wasn't looking for a job I am looking for a place to live and I had my own business for over 10 years. Or maybe an assignment I grew up in the tri-cities and thought these would be ok,but clearly you need organization and d.zgsfs System that works..... Let me know it might work out ter
