I was treated so rudely for asking for help with an error with my order I was picking up. Fortunately the security staff was conscious of the stereotyping that they were trying to portray. Horrible look.

Well staffed & organized. Help was plenty. Service was quick.

It’s an Apple store. Expect a high quality retail experience. I walked into the store with my wife to pick up and set up a new iPhone we had purchased online. It was a very easy experience and the staff member that assisted us really made us feel like we were the only ones in the store.

Went to apple store because my new apple phone case had a tiny air bubble in it. Patrice & Steven immediately took a peak of my case. A quick solution arose of swapping out the defective case with another one. Great efficient help. Happy Bew Year All!

@chitra Sharma what did you end up doing ?
Yes you need a genius bar appointment
I visited the 🍎store there and their Covid practices are strictly enforced. You are not let in w/o a mask and they do temperature checks. There is a store capacity limitation as well.
Yes, they can repair your MacBook Pro. They do sell the iPod touch.
I need a tutorial with my new Apple 13. Your store used to offer phone classes. Do you still.
They can help you at the store.
I don't know. I went in for a repair
l dont know
Yes you will, any technical issue needs an appointment
Contact the store. Things could have changed since I went. However, there were two lines-one for those with appointments and another line for folks picking up.
Website
Switch to android
Yes.
Not on Google
Not via Google maps
Yes but you may have to wait in line first....
Not necessarily, but you can make an appointment to get your phone fixed and you can also make an appointment if you want to get a new phone, so that they have the phone ready for you.
Yes you need an appointment
No. You can get it and then have him set it up.
I think you can
It's an Apple Store no appointment needed
Don't waste your time to wait there for two hours like me.So please make an appointment what is very easy and they will take care.
Can I get my iphone 6plus battery replaced at this location
You can just walk in. I always do
Make on a computer. Or just walk in like I did without appointment you still get helped fast
No appointment needed. I just walked and was greeted and signed in. I was helped in about 10 minutes. Great place I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Yes but not recommended as you will take time.
No, you can go in and buy it without a need for an appointment. In fact, it will take 2 minutes, excellent service there.
You have to have an appointment so call ahead or the wait could be long. Not sure why your camera is not working so hard to know if it can be fixed on the spot. Good luck
You can just go there and buy
To buy an Apple product requires alot of time too
When we arrived the entrance of store, staff came to us to make an appointment by asking reasons why we visited. They texted us to notify of their service before around 1 minute or so. Everything went smoothly.
It's been my experience in the past that these problems can be solved remotely. I would visit https://www.apple.com/support/index.html first before making an appointment.
Your going to have to take it into Apple because that happened to me and we did everything to resolve it but they had to replace it.
Maybe somebody with access to your credit card did it, you should just call apple and explain the situation. From my past experiences with apple I am sure they will refund you and cancel the subscription.
It's better to call ahead to make appointment you'll be seeing much faster than walking in the store walking in the store maybe was out in a two hour wait depending on how packed the store is so I advised to call first
They do no repairs at the Apple Suburban Square they only replace
No
Switch to Android. Customer service is better
Sometimes it's best to handle certain businesses over the telephone just so you can get a person's name that you spoke with so when you do go there just tell whoever you speaking to that you spoke to that person and they said whatever because online they can play dumb found it and say that you never never made an appointment that could happen good luck to you enjoy yourself
Just walk in to the Apple store, tell them you have issues with iPhone or macbook or whatever apple product you have. They will tell you to wait 20-30 minutes and then they will call your name and start working on your device.
No just go in there tell somebody what you want and if they are busy they will give you a time but if not they will take you right then
I don't know. Does the individual have lost/damage insurance?
Go into your settings hit your Apple ID iCloud iTunes and the password and security comes up you change it there
Probably bring your own but... If you want a definitively answer, call the store and ask. Note: answers are provided by the community with no official representation of the establishment.

I know you can get refurbished products, including iPhones, from Apple's website; I don't know about the stores. Note: answers are provided by the community with no official representation of the establishment.
There is no appointment necessary to get help, although there will usually be less wait time if you can schedule an appointment, online or by phone. Best wishes to all.
Go to the website, find the store, pick your date & time. However, if you can't wait, you can also walk-in, tell an employee & wait to be called.
Go to the Apple store website. You can search for a store near you and make the appointment.
Take the phone back to the Apple store & tell them about the problem.
Need? Not strictly! If you have time & can make one in advance, do so. If it's more emergency, then take your chances & walk- in.
Walk into the store and tell an associate that's why you're there. Note: answers are provided by th community, not the establishment.
Try the website first. If one isn't available at the date & time you want, then walking a few minutes before, tell an associate & wait. Note: answers here are com the community, not Apple, Inc.
The iPad 1st gen will not allow updates. Apple has locked the older gen devices out of new IOS.
Try the website, to see if there had one available. It not, Walk-in about 30-minutes before, let an Apple employee know & wait.
You might be attended to ,but in order to avoid the long wait it's expedient to have your visit schedule...
If one isn't available on the website, then walk into the store about 20 to 30 minutes before the time you'd like the appointment. They do take walkins and you're likely to be handled by 1 PM.
You Can call Apple customer service to find out or try logging into you iCloud account yourself to see if it actually locked.
Nope. Appointments for service (& related) issues only. Though in reality, if you can't get a convenient appointment, you can walk in for that, too.
Getting an appointment can be frustrating -- particularly if the matter is urgent. This store also accepts walking for advice, too. Just be polite about it when you get there.
Walk into the store & show your iPad to someone at the genius bar. They should be able to get you running normally.
Helpful but not strictly required. Walk-in and ask for help.
Check the website. You can sign-up there.
