They had my car for 6 hours and didn't do anything even though I told them that I need it by certain time. When I called them to make sure that my car is ready, they told me that they haven't started it. The manager and the guy at the desk both had attitude. They said they were busy. I didn't just walk in. I had an appointment plus I clearly stated that I needed my car by certain time. They had 6 hours to do their job and did nothing, not even called to notify there would be a delay. Their customer service is just horrible.

Do not go to Piazza to have repairs done. They are horrible. My car was towed last Monday and they said they would do a diagnostic check, which I believe they did not do. The tow truck driver mentioned that is needed a battery, but the mechanic-and manager at Nissan said nothing was wrong. I had to have it towed 3 days later for the same issue and they still claimed they could not find any issues. The second tow truck driver said the car needs a new battery. When I called Nissan and asked them to install a new battery they quoted me a price for the battery and a diagnostic check but insisted nothing was wrong. I ended up with a nee battery and told them I was not going to pay for the diagnostic check. I will not take my car to Piazza Nissan again
