I was a first time car buyer in December. I bought a used Honda Accord 2019 that was “Honda Pre-Owned Certified”. Meaning it went through inspections many times and I was told by my salesman that I was “like new”. Being that I was a first time buyer, I didn’t realize I should have inspected the vehicle deeper than I did. After leaving the lot o started to find lack of quality all over the car. The mirror and sun blocker had fingerprints of what looked like Cheeto dust all over it. The tires all had huge chunks missing from them because who ever leased it prior to me was an awful driver clearly. And there was a very very thin crack/damage on my bumper. I had also been told that the car been in no accidents. Clearly this accident was never reported or fixed. Do not trust that any of these car salesmen will actually try to help you. I am now stuck with a car that has to have the majority of its tires replaced which will cost me a large sum of money. I will not be dealing with this Honda dealership ever again. It has truly left a sour taste in my mouth. (EDIT) - The manager commented on this post saying he wanted to resolve this issue. Just like other people's bad reviews. I reached out to him and never got a response. I showed to Main Line Honda after I got a flat tire on one of the damaged tires I received on the existing car. Still disappointed with my experience here.

I had a super excellent experience buying a 2023 Honda HR-V there. There is no secret how buying a car can be very stressful, especially now with low inventories. I was buying a car for the first time, so I was very nervous and anxious. My colleague introduced me to Nico because she, too, had a terrific purchase experience. Nico is a direct communicator and is very generous with sharing his knowledge. Also, his approach made me feel comfortable and confident about the purchase. Most importantly, my colleagues say fabulous things about this dealership and Nico. Now, I have joined the club! I highly recommend this dealership.

Shady, sales team! Not to be trusted! Hours from picking up our new car when we learned they sold it to someone else! Either they are completely disorganized at best or just straight up dishonest.

Made a deal. Was asked to make $1000 deposit to hold vehicle. Arranged to pick up vehicle and found out vehicle was sold. Sales person laughed rather than any sort of reasonable explanation. Sales Manager blew it off saying "that's not how we do business on the main line" Well apparently it is.

Google and call your local Honda dealer and they will have a service dept that will cut a key and program it to your vehicle. You'll need to bring all keys you already have and then they will make you a new one. Hope this helps

You can try resetting the infotainment system. You should be able to find the instructions in your car manual.

Yes, they do. They have been doing my state inspection for the past 8 years ago. All of the Service advisors are really nice.
They wash cars during the summer and spring, but they'll give you a coupon for a free car wash
