Each time I turn my Mac on I keep getting a pop up saying “Bluetooth keyboard setup” and it does not recognize my keyboard. Do I need to make an appointment for someone to fix this problem?

It's been my experience in the past that these problems can be solved remotely. I would visit https://www.apple.com/support/index.html first before making an appointment.

No, you don't have to have an appointment. But, without an appointment you'll have to wait behind those that do have an appointment.
