O Stars for the service person who sold me a service contract and said it would automatically be in the system to use for future services. 0 Stars for the service person who forgot to use the service contract and made me pay out of pocket to get my car back. 0 Stars for the manager who said they would just credit the next couple of services instead of refunding me the charge 0 Stars for the rep who told me the contract is now inactive and I would need to speak to a manager to resolve it. 0 Stars for the rep who told me she could only leave another message for the manager, this time by email, and there was nothing else she could do. 0 Stars for the manager who still hasn't returned my last 3 calls over 4 days. 5 Stars for the rep who connected me to Toyota Financial who cleared up this problem of a typo in the mileage rendering it inactive in less than 30 seconds. This would be an average of .7 stars which is rounded up to 1 star

I have already begun to recommend Toyota of Ardmore to my network. The entire team was phenomenal to work with in my experience went so well. From finding a Corolla, to financing, to driving off the lot, everybody was splendid to work with. I really feel very fortunate that we were able to do business with one another, it truly was a great experience.
