Someone already asked this question, but the answer was not helpful. I would like a more helpful answer to the question: How do I make a Genius Bar appointment online? The website keeps redirecting me to other forms of customer support.

Just walk in to the Apple store, tell them you have issues with iPhone or macbook or whatever apple product you have. They will tell you to wait 20-30 minutes and then they will call your name and start working on your device.

I'm not sure but if you walk into an Apple Store you can make an appointment right there and they will see you in about half hour 45 minutes not long so just walk in and make an appointment
