Dalton goes above and beyond. My internet went out during the day while I was at work. When got home it was after business hours and I was able to get a hold of him, and he fixed my internet that night! Hands down best customer service.

Channel selection is adequate but internet service is slow, metered, and unreliable. Unfortunately the internet alternatives are few and equally flawed. UPDATE SUMMER 2018: FTTH (fiber to the home) has arrived in Colfax. Early results are very promising; screamingly fast speeds and so far, reasonably reliable. On the flip side, quality of the cable images seems to have taken a turn for the worse, and HD channels are sparse.

Highly recommend Colfax Cable for your internet and cable TV needs. The staff there is friendly and their installers and technicians are very knowledgeable. We currently have 250/250Mbps fiber connection at our office location and the service is solid. Big thumbs up to Russ and his crew.
