Drove over to the store to pickup equipment. Arrived at 7:55pm. Online and the door has it posted that they are open till 8pm. I walked into a dark store. They told me they couldn’t get my equipment cause the lights already turned off automatically and the system doesn’t allow them to help customers when the lights turn off. I don’t buy it that the lights turn out on their own. I have picked up equipment before and it takes 2 minutes to go in the back and get it. If the lights do turn off on their own, then they should post that they close at 7:55 or 7:50 or whatever time they decided they wanted to be done for the night. Now I have to go back another day.

Disaster. 2x in the store. 1st they can't find my address. Although there is currently service there. 2nd they can't set up service because there is service there. They require proof of residency. A lease would work, but I'm not leasing. I own the property. How would my closing docs work? I'm not moving in for a week. What happens in a week when I am living there. How am I supposed to work from home? The electric & water co trust me. Spectrum is out of control with their monopoly on cable. I so miss Verizon FIOS. Much better service!!!!

All the reviews here are honest. This store is a complete travesty. 8 people waiting. 2 people working w customers now. The store smells like dried sweat fyi. I have been in truck stop bathrooms that were more hygienic. Waiting now 30 min and I actually moved down a slot in line lol. Wth? Seen 5 different new people walk in since I got here and turned around and left. Serious b.o. smell I can't overstate that. Other person next to me can't stop coughing up his lung. 80s music playing the worst songs also. The agents here are worse the DMV employees. Honestly I want to change the store name outside to Largoetto DMV. Definitely shower after coming in. Don't touch or sit. And BYOS bring your own sanitizer. 🤮🤮🤮

Much the same as others have said. Minimal people working while there are at least a dozen people waiting in the lobby. All I had to do was return some equipment. Waited almost an hour for a two minute transaction. Was NOT AT ALL impressed by the snark of the employee who waited on me. Really had an attitude. A BAD attitude. Am cleaning off my DVR and will be going to all streaming. Not giving these jerks any more money than I have to at this point. Will be contacting the FTC regarding their policy of charging for services we are not receiving. How is it legal for these crooks to charge me for services I'm not receiving because I returned the equipment and/or downgraded my service? Let's see what the FTC has to say, shall we? I encourage everyone else who is upset at this practice to contact the FTC. Once they get enough complaints, they will investigate and, if warranted, fine these clowns into oblivion.

you can't call a store directly... no one can according to the main customer support group... even they can't call a store directly... which seems ridiculous. I wanted to see if a phone was in stock at a store and there was no way to know without going there.

Yes it has everything the hardest thing to do with this place is weight
I do believe you have to return it and when you're ready for service again go back and get it. I'm know them to charge you for equipment not returned.

Spectrum doesn't put you on a contract so you can cancel anytime. Let them know why. Ex: over priced, bad service, tired of them adding their advertising on the menue to make it take longer to scroll thru the channels.... i will be switching soon

There should be a spectrum store at country side mall. Where you can drop off. Make sure you get a receipt.
