I rent from this location almost monthly, for several years. The staff are always fast and friendly. Their cars are new and clean. The pickup from my home and drop off to my home are an amazing benefit. If you are in need of a rental car, this location of Enterprise’s is great. I highly recommend.

Please read. The unfavorable reviews are not correct. This location and MAX the manager is by far the best. The online reservation process was smooth and accurate. We arrived to the location on 4/20 at around 2:30PM. We received the car we reserved and went on our way in about 20 to 30 minutes. The car was great, clean and full of gas. An hour after we left, we received a voice mail from the store asking how everything was, how was the car and if there was anything they can do to help. In this day and age? WOW. Amazing service, awesome experience. efficient and professional. All around, 100 percent satisfaction with the booking, service and product. We will book again next October when we are back in town. We recommend this Enterprise location very strongly. Max, thank you for being so great with myself and my wife, you are a great young man. Thank you Update November 13 2021. We rented again from enterprise on Court st clearwater. Cole treated us as if we were the only customers there. This location is top notch professional operation. We will rent from again when we return. Thank you Cole and crew.

Ihad an amazing experience with this location thanks to Cole Wymbs! I reserved a mid- sized suv for 5 nights. When I got to Enterprise, Cole helped us. They were out of the mid size suv's Cole immediately upgraded our rental at no additional cost to a full size. Cole made sure that we received every discount we were eligible for. I have never had such an easy, fast, and efficient rental check out process. Cole was very professional and courteous. I was t treated like A VIP customer throughout the process. Cole made sure to show me how everything worked in my rental. I was on my way within 10 minutes. It was nice to experience the level of customer service that Cole provided. It's rare to find those that are willing to go above and beyond. This location needs to hold on to Cole. I will not use another company/location as long as he is there! So 1st off I wanna say I was SO disappointed to hear Max is not at this location anymore...he was like the face of this Enterprise branch! I originally rented for 3 days. Day 1 I usually get a call asking how everything is going so far. Nothing. Not day 2 or 3 either. I need to extend the rental and after calling the branch and speaking with someone Im told I need to come in person to extend. So I do, for 4 more days because of the long holiday weekend they are closed. Fine. The day comes to return I am at an appt around 9am and receive a call from Enterprise getting back to me about extending my rental?! I was so confused. I said I came in person they ran my card again. He says you did? Im not sure why there was a mixup on this...but was asked what time I would be returning the car. And upon returning I was NEVER even asked how everything was! After 7 days rental and spending $500. Im not a 1st time renter and Im a plus member as well. Very different experience compared to all my other rentals at the same location.
